This website, axarquiawebdesign.com, is owned by Andrew Perry, trading as Axarquia Web Design, a self-employed professional (autónomo) registered in Spain.

This notice is provided under Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE). The content and design of this site belong to Axarquia Web Design. Project names and logos shown belong to their owners and appear with permission as examples of work.

Privacy policy

Who is responsible: Andrew Perry (Axarquia Web Design), contact details above.

What we collect: only what you send us yourself, by email, phone, WhatsApp or the free AI check form: your name, business name, town, website and contact details.

Why: to answer your request, prepare your free report and, if you become a client, to provide and invoice our services. The legal basis is your request and, for clients, the contract.

How long: enquiries are kept for up to 12 months; client and invoicing records for as long as Spanish tax law requires.

Who else sees it: nobody, except service providers we need to run the business (such as email, hosting and payment providers), under data-protection terms. We never sell your data.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).

Cookie policy

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address to deliver them. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
